Orange Branch Community Development District
The Orange Branch Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on April 8, 2024 by the Board of County Commissioners City Council of St Johns County, Florida, Ordinance No. 2024-17 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The Orange Branch CDD is located entirely within the St. Johns County, Florida and covers approximately 963.43 acres of land. The site is generally located south of Greenbriar Road, north and east of State Road 13, and north and west of the Rivers Edge CDD.
The services provided by the District are described in Chapter 190, Florida Statutes.

The Orange Branch Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on April 8, 2024 by the Board of County Commissioners City Council of St Johns County, Florida, Ordinance No. 2024-17.
The powers and functions of the District are described in Chapter 190.012, Florida Statutes. The District is also authorized to exercise additional special powers to finance, fund, plan, establish, acquire, construct, reconstruct, enlarge or extend, equip, operate and maintain systems and facilities for: i) parks and facilities for indoor and outdoor recreational, cultural and educations uses as authorized and descried in Section 190.012(2)(a), Florida Statutes: and ii) security, including, but not limited o, guardhouse, fences and gates, intrusion-detection systems, and patrol cars, as authorized and described in Section 90.012(2)(d), Florida Statutes.
